Connect Coachly to your AI assistant.

Let ChatGPT or Claude use Coachly on your behalf — browse your direct reports, coaching sessions, generated plans, and custom frameworks while you chat.

You'll sign in with your Coachly account when your assistant first connects.

Option A

Connect from ChatGPT

  1. 01Open ChatGPT → Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there.
  2. 02In the chat composer, open the + menu and enable Developer mode.
  3. 03Click Add sources, then Connect more.
  4. 04Give the connector a name (e.g. Coachly) and paste the MCP URL above.
  5. 05Ask ChatGPT to use Coachly — for example, "Summarize my recent coaching sessions."

Option B

Connect from Claude

  1. 01Open Claude → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. 02Name it Coachly and paste the MCP URL above.
  3. 03Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to help prep your next 1:1 or feedback conversation.

Your assistant discovers Coachly's available tools automatically once connected. Access is scoped to your account — the assistant sees only what you can see.
